Stigter Van Doesburg was founded in 2001 and is located in the Jordaan. The gallery is focused on contemporary art of international relevance in all kinds of media, and has received special recognition for a strong representation of female artists.
Starting with emerging artists and playing an active role in launching their international careers is one of the main aims of the gallery, along with striving to be a welcoming and inspiring place for visitors from all over the world.
